Dr. Choi is in-network with Delta Dental Premier and Cigna PPO dental insurance plans, but accepts all PPO plans. As an “out of network” provider most patients will still be covered at a normal customary rate. Some patients may have a small co-pay per visit if out of network. We also accept several other forms of payment, including:

• In-office, no-interest payment plans
